Job Description: Full Time Sales Person

Clark Marine is looking to hire a full time year round Sales Person that can help with tasks that include, but are not limited to: 

- Representing and selling major units 

- Monitoring and updating inventory and price sheets 

- Completing post-sale paperwork

- Assisting customers in finding and purchasing merchandise, accessories,

  and watersport equipment

- Following up and maintaining contact with regular and first time customers.

- Learning and assisting with a variety of other sales and service tasks.  

We are looking to find someone who is interested in sticking around and growing their responsibility in this role. This position will have good starting pay and great room for growth.

Job Requirements:

- Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (particularly word and excel)

- A willingness to regularly work with customers on a regular basis

- Some boating experience would be preferred  

 

Education Requirements: 

HS diploma or GED

Advanced education a positive. 

- Creating repair orders

- Inserting written technician notes to service orders 

- Completing post-service paperwork

- Assisting the service manager by tracking billed technician hours

- Working with bookkeeping in creating finished service order/invoices 

- Communicating with customers to report work in progress

- Learning and assisting with a variety of other data service department tasks.  

We are looking to find someone who is interested in sticking around and growing their responsibility in this role. This position will have good starting pay, the right candidate should earn in excess of $30,000.00 during their first full year of employment.

- Some boating experience would be preferred

HS diploma or GED

- Cleaning boats prior to being put into winter storage

- Assist with whatever might need to be done to put boats away for storage. 

- Could include assisting with on the water boat pick ups 

- The right person could be asked to assist with shrink wrapping boats.
