2014 Results from our Customer Sales, Sales Follow Up, and Service Survey Cards.

During the 2014 Model Year we mailed survey cards to customers who had made a major purchase 90 days after having made the purchase.  We asked; 
     
"Compared to all other types of businesses that you do business with, including grocery stores, post office, car dealerships, etc, how would you rate us?" 
  
The survey card included a scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high). 
  
Based on 61 of 127 cards mailed,  48% return rate the result:   93.05% 
  

During the 2014 Model Year we polled 404 of our Preferred Customer Full Service and Storage customers and asked; 
The results are based on 158 survey cards returned.  1 (low) to 5 (high) scale

"How would you rate the satisfaction of your storage package?" Result 95.26%

The #1 Coment / Complaint; The cost is high. 

100%   Result when asked on this comment card:   
"Are you treated in a respectful and curtious manner by Clark Marine Employees?" 
  

During the 2014 Model Year we polled 104 of our new customers and asked; 
The results are based on a 60% return rate.  1 (low) to 4 (high) scale
How Would You Rate Our Dealership? 

"The manner & promptness in which you were greated?" 
57 Excellent, 5 Good = 97.98%

"How would you rate our on the water demo?" 
43 Excellent, 8 Good, 1 Fair = 95.19%
  
"Respectful & courteous treatment?" 60 Excellent, 2 Good = 99.19%
 
"Handling of the purchase process?" 56 Excellent, 6 Good = 97.58%
 
"Explanation of the warranty and maintenance schedule?" 
56 Excellent, 6 Good = 97.58%

Results from our 2013 Customer Sales, Sales Follow Up, 
and Service Survey Cards. 
  

During the 2013 Model Year we mailed survey cards to customers who had made a major purchase 90 days after having made the purchase.

Here is What We Asked:
     
"Compared to all other types of businesses that you do business with, including grocery stores, post office, car dealerships, etc, how would you rate us?" 
  
The survey card included a scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high). 
  
Based on 75 of 150 cards mailed,  50% return rate the result:   96.27% 
  

During the 2013 Model Year we polled our Preferred Customer Full Service and Storage customers and asked:

"How would you rate the satisfaction of your storage package?" (Scale of 1-5, 5 is Best)
Bases on 177 returned cards
Result 93.67%*

The #1 Coment / Complaint: The cost is high.

Answers are based on roughly a 69% return rate. Not all customers answered all questions.

52 Excellent, 7 Good, 2 Fair = 95.49%
